Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

Visited site due to no comms. Found UPS off, but the circuit was not tripped. Spoke with Chris from parks dept And he said there was major electrical work in the area on Tuesday which is when we lost power and everything in the area was down for a few hours. Powered UPS on and everything started up normally. Confirmed UPS was set to cold start, put change battery saver setting from 5% to disabled to try and get UPS to automatically restart even with dead battery. Handel
